Studio Modijefsky is busy working on a concept design for a new Bar in Amsterdam. Working together with a local brewery and a group of graphic designers, the team is developing a new design language, which will define the new bar. This language is reflected in the shapes and forms used in furniture design and the design of lighting fixtures. The original use of old materials, such as wood, brass and enameled signs and tiles adds to the unique identity of the space. Composed together in an elegant manner, these features create a strong identity for the new bar, which can potentially be used in the design of future expansions.
