For Ceci, a distinctive residential building of 3.500 m² in Amsterdam’s Zuidas, Studio Modijefsky is designing the interiors of the apartments in collaboration with Space Encounters and Being. Drawing from the concept of magical realism, this design vision is extended into the core interior architecture of each apartment — merging imagination with refinement to create a truly immersive living experience.

Across nine different apartment types, ranging from 70 m² to 200 m², the 24 apartments are thoughtfully crafted, each with a unique identity. Carefully curated materials, characterful detailing, and a strong, expressive formal language give every apartment a distinct identity — offering residents a home that feels personal, tactile, and one of a kind.

Located along Gustav Mahlerlaan and the waterfront of the Jaddanbaikade, Ceci is part of the Kenniskwartier — a new urban district where living, working, and learning intersect. In a predominantly business-oriented environment, Ceci introduces a surprising and layered residential experience, blending boutique living with subtle nods to hospitality, art, and culture.

Enveloped by expressive architecture by Space Encounters and a lush landscape by MOSS, Ceci aims to bring a refined sense of wonder to city life.
