Studio Modijefsky is proud to be part of the interior design for a new high-rise residential development on the Lammeschans, Leiden. Temporarily named Zirro and Schouls, the two buildings will accommodate 780 one- and two-bedroom apartments, spanning 46,772 m² of residential and 1,600 m² of commercial space.
At the core of the development is a semi-public green courtyard and a range of shared amenities that promote connection and wellbeing. Studio Modijefsky’s design covers 1,125 m² of interior and 381 m² of exterior amenity areas, shaping both functional and inviting environments for residents and visitors alike.
Our scope also includes the design of all traffic zones—corridors, staircases, and elevator lobbies—with curated finishes, lighting, and integrated wayfinding.
Through this project, Studio Modijefsky aims to create a distinctive living experience: bold yet welcoming, expressive yet timeless.
